#MentalHealthMonday – Balance

Inhale, exhale…

Hello my Goddesses and Gods. Today we’ll be talking about a little thing called ‘balance’. This is something I’ve been working on the past few weeks as well. I don’t know what it is, but I always feel like I haven’t done enough or that I could be doing more. 

I’m pretty sure this leads to me always staying up late, trying to get that extra bit of work done, and then being stressed due to it. 

My boyfriend always tell me I’m too hard on myself and I always say I don’t see it, but maybe the fact that I’m writing this at 11pm when I should be getting ready bed could be what he’s referring to.

Not just 

You are no good if you are burnt out, not to yourself, your creative endeavors, work, relationships and so on. Yes, it is good to be focused and dedicated, but it’s just as important to know when to
